  • Greek Conference programming and housing will be in the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis.

  • You’ll share a room with three other students of the same gender. We’ll assign housing as you check-in on Friday night, so please come through the check-in line with the friends you want to room with.

    If you know they’ll be arriving late, you can get your friend’s key as long as they have paid in full in advance. If you don’t have a friend coming with you to room together, we can help you find a roommate.

    If you need a double or single room, contact us for pricing.

  • Your registration fee includes Saturday night dinner. You’ll have free time to get breakfasts and lunches. You can bring food with you or go out to one of the many restaurants near the hotel.

Registration:

  • Registration costs $315, which includes programming, two nights in a shared room at the hotel, and Saturday dinner. When you register, you only need to pay a $75 deposit and the remaining balance will be collected the week of the conference.

  • You can register here.

    A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to register. The remaining $240 will be charged to your credit card on February 7th. If you wish to make smaller payments or want to pay on-site via check or cash, contact us.

    If you can’t afford the full registration fee, read the question above about how to request scholarship assistance.

  • If you can’t afford the full registration fee, contact us to learn more about scholarship funds that may be available.

  • We’re offering a $125 scholarship to registrants from campuses that did not have anyone attend Greek Conference 2023. Up to 4 students from each new campus are eligible. Check the list below to make sure no one from your campus attended last year, then email us if you think you should receive this scholarship!

  • If you created an account when you registered, you can log in to make changes to your registration. If not, contact us and we can make changes for you. If you need to cancel your registration, contact us. Your $75 deposit is non-refundable, but we will refund anything you paid above that.

Travel:

  • Plan to wear letter shirts or other comfy Greek apparel. Bring a Bible and notebook. And bring a fun outfit for Saturday night’s Theme Party!

  • Self-parking is available in the PNC Center/Hyatt Garage beneath the hotel for $39 per 24 hours.

    You may also want to consider searching Spot Hero or similar websites to see if you can reserve a better parking rate in advance.

  • If you’re flying, please arrive at the Indianapolis airport. If you indicate on your registration that you’ll be flying, we’ll contact you with information about shuttles from the airport. Please plan to arrive by 6pm Friday and fly out after 3pm on Sunday.

  • Yes! We’ll run a shuttle van from the airport to the hotel (and back on Sunday). We’ll reach out to all flying participants for your flight details and then plan the shuttle schedule accordingly.

  • Here’s a few activities in the area:

    • Take a stroll down Mass. Ave. to explore some of Indy's best restaurants and shopping. (15 min. walk)
    • Check out Penn & Beech Candle Co (the one on North College!) to DIY your own candle. (30 min. walk)
    • Try your hand at duckpin bowling at Action & Atomic Duckpin Bowling. (30 min. walk)
    • Grab lunch at The Garage food hall. (30 min. walk)
